I lived in Rye in East Sussex. I had a tiny cottage in the pebbled street close to the old church. I was busy in the summer with teaching the foreign students that wanted to learn English. However in the winter there wasn't much work. I spent my winters dating single men. I dreamed about possibly dating single men and then getting married to one of them.

Dating single men that were students wasn't possible. At the top of the church tower I got chatting to a handsome looking man. He told me that his name was Edward and he came from Hastings. He invited me out for a candle lit dinner in a lovely restaurant by the harbour. Afterwards he took me for a walk along the quay. We saw many boats and then he showed me his boat. It was about twenty foot long and blue. It was called Ocean Dreams. He invited me on board and we sat on the deck and had some coffee. It was wonderful when he put his arms around me and we looked into each others eyes before kissing. He was such a lovable sort of guy.

The next weekend Edward took me to the theatre to see a play. It was such an exciting and scary story. Afterwards we wandered up to see the view next to the tower. We could see the lights below and then an empty space going out towards Camber. Edward held me in his arms and said that he loved me. We went back to the cabin on his boat. He slipped my dress off and I undid his trousers. We made love with such amazing passion. I especially loved the way that he liked to caress my neck. Dating single Tom I had found a man that I loved with all of my heart.

The following weekend Edward invited to his flat in Hastings. It overlooked the Old Town. He gave me a drink of tea and we ate some biscuits. We made love on his sofa with me on top of him. I had looked into his eyes and felt the deepest love possible. Afterwards I spent the night in his bed and we had another time of making love with such delight and excitement under the satin cover.

The next morning Edward made me breakfast in bed. Then we made love again on top of his bed with him taking me from behind. He told me he had a special surprise for me. He took me up on the cliff railway. The view over the town and out to sea was spectacular. He took me to visit the old castle. It was there that he got on one knee and asked me if I would do the honour of becoming his wife. Of course my answer was yes.
